            Tamrab Khanom Thai… Morradok Thai [Thai Dessert Recipe…Thai Heritage] is conducted by the co-operation of governmental and private organization; Rajamangala lnstitute of Technology, Chotiwet Campus, a well known institute in Home Economics for over 60 years, and Wangkanai Group in the occasion of Wangkanai Group celebrates the 30th anniversary.

             The purposes of conducting this book are to maintain Thai desserts and to make known the Thai  heritage to both Thais and foreigners. The recipes are written by the lecturers who gained the experience from both in class-study and from their family business in making Thai desserts for over generations. Each recipe has been carefully developed to reach the standard of Thai desserts.
